Excellent week-long family trip (15 people)! Andréa met all our expectations — beautiful accommodation in the Graça district, off-the-beaten-track activities, and restaurants she booked or recommended that we loved for their authenticity and delicious dishes. We explored Lisbon’s neighbourhoods with a guide or by following her suggestions, and all 15 of us went out in a minibus with a driver, between land and sea. A wonderful Portuguese wine tasting with a passionate oenologist in a tiny restaurant, privatized for the occasion and chosen by our guide, where we sampled magnificent treats. All of this within a controlled budget whose broad outline we had set from the start. A big thank you to Andréa, her team and her partners in Lisbon!

From the first contact via the website to our return to France after the trip, including the stay in Lisbon itself, Andréa was cooperative, understanding, and above all very responsive! Every activity we organized through Voyage à Lisbonne went perfectly — or almost: we had just one problem with a ‘Bike & Beer’ activity where the bike was broken. However, Andréa was available and responsive and managed to reschedule the activity to another day at a time of our choosing. And it was really great! All the activities are excellent, and the prices are reasonable: you’ll hardly find a better offer even on site directly! The advantage is that Andréa takes care of almost everything for us, and we just had to follow the directions with our eyes closed!

First of all, the word that comes to mind is THANK YOU, because even though you only did your “job”, we felt every time we opened a door that you had done it with passion. You met our expectations and managed to surprise us. This little immersion into the daily life of the locals was a delight; every restaurant was a discovery, and the word that kept coming back to us was “atypical”. We often laughed because we couldn’t immediately find some of the hidden spots, but each time, what a reward! The hotel too is a little gem of discretion and understated style, yet also elegance, and so is the staff, especially Joanna who welcomed us. A rock-solid hen do. Everything was simply magnificent and perfect. As soon as we arrived, we got a GREAT photo shoot with the wonderful Charlotte and we had a blast. That very evening we went to eat at a restaurant with a magnificent view at sunset. We ate really well and were well received. The brunch the next day: super friendly staff, what a magnificent place! The brunch was just delicious, we enjoyed that magical moment. In the afternoon we went catamaran sailing, and we enjoyed that moment over 3 hours on the boat… I highly recommend Voyage à Lisbonne’s services — you won’t be disappointed. A message to thank you so much for organizing this short but wonderful trip. We loved the walking tour of the city’s old neighbourhoods with the guide (very nice), as well as the e-bike ride. You really feel a breath of modernity and great energy in Lisbon. The restaurants were really top.
